WHY SHOULD I SEAL MY CONCRETE?

Sealing concrete protects the surface from various elements that can further contribute to damage.  Oil, chemicals, salt, grease, UV rays, weather exposure and moisture are all contributors to the deterioration of concrete.  If not sealed concrete remains very porous and can absorb various liquids that can cause discoloration and ugly stains. Some fluids will cause the concrete to break down and deteriorate such as water freezing and thawing.  This will lead to need total replacement of the concrete!
